Services are provided between the Los Angeles County areas of Altadena, Antelope Valley, Castaic/West Ranch, Charter Oak/Duarte, East Los Angeles, La Crescenta/La Cañada, and Topanga Canyon to the Santa Monica Municipal Pier and State Beach. The Topanga Canyon Service also provides stops at Topanga State Beach and Will Rogers State Beach.

Los Angeles County Waterworks District customers can now pay their water bills online using vCheck. Look up water bill balance, account, and serial number.
Public Works provides Paratransit Services, also known as Dial-A-Ride services, within the unincorporated County areas and fixed-route bus services in several of the larger unincorporated communities.
The Districts system includes over 5,100 miles of sanitary sewers, 154 pump stations and four waste water treatment plants. The estimated value of the Districts system is more than $1.5 billion dollars with the Districts annual operating budget of about $30 million dollars. Sewer Maintenance services are provided from five Maintenance Yards located within the County of Los Angeles.
