The mission of the North Santa Monica Bay Watersheds (NSMBW) Task Force is to bring stakeholders together with a vested interest in the water quality of the NSMBW. The Task Force will work collaboratively to develop and implement a region-wide Watershed Implementation Plan to comply with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), and Assembly Bill 885 (AB 885) regulatory requirements.
