SCHEDULED MEETINGS

Regular meetings are held once a month, generally on the fourth Tuesday of the month. In addition to regular meeting, special meetings may be called by the Chairman, when special matters are to be considered.

Quorum: A quorum for conducting business at meetings is minimum of 4 members.
