The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works has developed a process to evaluate proprietary stormwater BMPs that the Department would use or maintain. The process requires the BMP vendor to complete an application that requests specific information regarding the product's maintainability, hydraulic and structural integrity, and pollutant removing capabilities. Application forms may be requested by sending an email request to bdepoto@dpw.lacounty.gov.
In general, any BMP vendors wishing to be eligible to sell products to the County of L.A. should register their companies. Such registration would entitle vendors to receive requests for proposals from the County. You may register via the link below.
