Where can I recycle used motor oil?
Answer:
Your local Auto Zone, Kragen Auto Parts, or Pep Boys will recycle 5 gallons at a time as long at the used motor oil is not contaminated with water or any other solvents. If the used oil is contaminated, then you would need to bring the used oil to a HHW Collection Event.
You may find additional sites that will accept used motor oil by using the State's Used Oil Recycling website (see the link below).
