Walteria Lake, located near the Torrance Municipal Airport, is one of several
debris basins that the City of Torrance maintains.

Victoria Park Golf course is located along the Dominguez Channel in the City of Carson.

Madrona Marsh is an island of wilderness located in the City of Torrance. It is one of
the last remaining vernal marshes and is fed entirely by stormwater.

Shown here is one of the injection wells in the Dominguez Gap Barrier
Project located in the southern portion of the watershed. These wells protect a significant
portion of the watershed's drinking water supply from ocean water, which constantly attempts
to migrate into existing aquifers. Treated imported and reclaimed water is injected deep
into the underground aquifers to block this inland migration of saltwater.

Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park is located in the Wilmington area of the City
of Los Angeles in the southern area of the watershed. The Park also contains Machado Lake
and is home to a host of local wildlife.

Cabrillo Beach, located inside of the Harbor breakwater is the only public access beach in the watershed.
