Los Angeles County Public Works engaged an appraiser to conduct aeronautical and non-aeronautical airport rent studies for the five County airports. The aeronautical studies included an analysis of information and data for similar hangars and tiedowns at national, regional, comparable, and competitive airports. The non-aeronautical study included a survey of off-airport self-storage rental properties in the vicinity of the airports.
