Most of the current non-exclusive solid waste collection services transitioned to an exclusive system; however, a portion of the North County unincorporated communities (Antelope Valley/Acton/Agua Dulce) and NBC Universal remained under the Non-Exclusive Commercial Franchise until further notice.
Services that remained non-exclusive throughout the entire unincorporated County are the collection of construction and demolition debris.
